The  “Center Point Group” was founded in 1999 as the realtors’ agency. Since that time, it turned into one of the first – rate, leading development company.

The company has already implemented 20 major projects, currently 50 projects are under operation.The moving forces of development of the company is specified by three factors – the best quality, professionslism and reliability.

Company is oriented on different social groups of the society. A new brand of the “Center Point Group”- small and medium hotels chain “Rcheuli” was created in 2007. The company is planning to develop chain of about 100 “Rcheuli” hotels throughout Georgia.
